FOOD & BEVERAGE

1. Assistant Director of Food & Beverage (M/F)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar position in 5 star hotel
  • Proficient in English (spoken & written)
  • Computer literate proficiently
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Experience implementing new F&B; concepts
  • Team Player & able to work well under pressure
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line


2. Assistant Pastry Chef (M/F)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position in a five star hotel
  • Advanced skills in pastry preparation and buffet presentation detail
  • Good skills in chocolate and sugar work
  • Familiar with food safety and good in cost efficiency
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Banquet and ala carte knowledge
  • Discipline, reliable, trustworthy, and skillful
  • Ability to lead and build a solid team work
  • Highly innovative and creative
  • Flexibility in working schedule
  • Computer literate
  • Self driven and motivated person

3. Butcher (M)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Butcher Section
  • Strongly in hygiene responsibility
  • Good in cost efficiency
  • Proficient in English
  • Discipline, Reliable, trustworthy & skillful
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Having a flexibility of working schedule


4. Chef De Cuisine (M)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 year experience in similar position
  • Extensive knowledge in local & world Cuisine
  • Exceptional guest relations skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Thorough understanding of financial reports including labor
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Good knowledge of food with a focus on quality, production, sanitation
  • Good in cost efficiency
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Good team player with strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Well groomed with a pleasant personality

5. Sous Chef (M)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience at Brasserie Section, Italian Food, and or Banquet
  • Strong in hygiene responsibility
  • Good in cost efficiency
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Energetic, dynamic, responsible, cooperative and systematic
  • Ability to lead and build a solid team work
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Flexible working schedule

FRONT OFFICE

6. Receptionist (F)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum has 1 year working experience in similar position
  • Min D-II Tourism  background
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken (could speak other languages will be advantage)
  • Has good communication skills
  • Outgoing personality, pleasant, attentive, friendly, honest, creative & approachable
  • High motivated person, smart & hard working
  • Good personal grooming and personal presentation
  • Responsible, capable of handling multi tasks
  • Could work independently or teamwork
  • Flexible in working shift schedule


7. Club Concierge (M/F)

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum D-II graduate with a Tourism or Hospitality background
  • Good knowledge of FO & FBS
  • Good command in English, both written and verbal - fluent in other language will be and advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Outgoing, attentive, friendly, honest, and creative
  • High motivated, smart, and hard working
  • Good personal grooming and presentation
  • Capable of multi-tasking

8. Manager on Duty (F)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar position in hospitality industry

  • Proven successes in both traditional and interactive PR channels
  • A strong-sense of teamwork & ability to manage & execute programs
  • Knowledge of international publications and opportunities is a plus
